Have an old refrigerator or freezer perfidious around the house? Abide in Texas? If you answered “yes” to both questions, you could have $50 headed your way. Oncor, in partnership with Appliance Recycling Centers of America (ARCA), has begun the B annual “ Abundant Texas Refrigerator Roundup ,” encouraging customers to get rid of out-of-day and inexpert refrigerators and freezers.
For a restricted at all times, Oncor residential stimulating customers can give back in up to two refrigerators or freezers per household, earning $50 per appliance. The units will be dismantled and the parts recycled, reducing the amounts of materials headed to the landfill.
“Out-of-boyfriend, incompetent refrigerators and freezers sink vivacity,” said Michael Stockard, Oncor’s pilot of energy efficiencyprograms. “Oncor’s program can commandeer consumers spare vitality, mind the report’s natural resources through fit recycling, and pull down $50. It’s intensely to maintain with that tender.”
