Why is my refrigerator freezing everything?

It is a Frigidaire mini fridge, I bought it almost unerringly a year ago. I have tried turning the dial up and down and still nothing. I did a little bit of scrutinize but I really don't know anything about refrigerators. I heard it could be the thermostat

It does look like the thermostat. Try a Frigidaire hotline phone number. They may be proficient to help. If you still have the warranty and installation papers, that would be a help. If not, you may find them online.
