Mini fridge whining noise, stops when unplugged and plugged again?

My Kenmore stainless mini fridge makes a whining commotion when the motor is circulating, or whatever it does. A whining noise comes on and annoys everybody who hears it. On the back of the fridge there is a coal-black motor casing but no fans, how do
