Kenmore Elite Bottom Freezer Refrigerator Not Freezing?

Only about 6 months old, the bottom freezer is already not bitterly cold. It is cold, but ice is melting. I also noticed a puddle of water under the front left side corner of the fridge two mornings in a row.

I've taken off the back panel

Could be a bad defrost timer, could be low on freon. Move away the back of the freezer out, you'll have to remove all the food (yep, from the inside). This will expose your condenser coils. If its one big piece of ice, then your defrost timer is bad.

Side by side and the bottom seal of the freezer door on the also gaol does not touch the freezer wall.

First it has to be leveled well. Use the ice maker to level front to back. This is important for the IM to work correctly. If you don't have an IM then use one of the shelves. Side by sides have to have the doors even at the top to be raze left to
