Refrigerated food less sweet?
I've realised that in most cases, provisions which you put in the refrigerator tastes less sweet than those which you don't. Take jelly for example. Refrigerated jelly tastes less marvellous than non-refrigerated jelly. Any explanation?
We don't drop cold foods as well as hot/room temp foods. It in all likelihood has to do with something at the molecular level with heat transmission and physics that is beyond my comprehension.
