okay i called samsung for form and i could not understand a word the girl was saying.
well anyways do i have to send them my camera in a box or do they sne me the box?
please extenuate the process...
and how long will it take because

They insufficiency you to double pack the camera .. first place your camera in the card packaging the camera came in and then put that in second box with a lot of good packing around it.
