Why does my refridgerator create water which pools under the crispers?

Refrigerator is a top-freezer Whirlpool bought new five years ago. It cools down to zero in the freezer and 33 degrees in the refrigerator. I have cleaned the coils in the front, but not the back because I can't get to them. Also, I have made steady

You have a stopped-up remove hose/plug somewhere. Water is caused by the frost-gratis feature and it can't get out into the evaporator pan which is underneath the fridge.

Might be hard to find, but that's most qualified what it is.
