I deprivation microwaveable rice noodles in bulk--like ramen, but gluten-disengage (without wheat). I've found a few sites that have stove-top noodles, but I'm in college--so no hot dish! I do have a rice cooker, though, so that would work as well.

I eat them too, but not as much as I against to eat ordinary snack noodles before I discovered I was GI! Rice noodles will cook honest with boiling water, like a pot noodle. They end up pretty slippery, but they always do, no matter how you cook them.
