Why are landlords such a pain!?

I would definitely appreciate your comments on this one as I am at boiling point and I'm not sure what I'm usual to do. I have just rented a house. I have been there 2 days and have found the walls to be scuffed up with trash to the point of embarrassment.

I have to approve with Malcolm on this one, no one forced you into the contract! I have been a landlord for many years, I always lend an ear to to any complaints and try to rectify them, but some tenants, complain about the silliest things! One employed

If your boiling not wash lavishly for cooking eg. pasta, is it better to boil the water with an electric kettle then over it to saucepan, or use the gas cooker to boil the water
