Need help with Heat Pump Air Conditioner Unit?

I am imperfect to know if anybody could tell me what is wrong with heat pump for my air conditioner. The motor is not turning. So I do not have heat in my harbour. The only thing that is putting a little bit of heat in my house is the furnace. Please

I bought the detail years ago the cool works great, but I have tested the heat and it blows ice air. What could be the problem? Is it worth fixing or should I trash the thing?

depends on how old it is, i would say if it,s over 7 yrs old put back it.
my rule of thumb is if it will cost less than 40 % [of a new one ]
to fix it repair it,
if 1/2 of a new one change it.
