How can I access the light bulb housing in a Broan BR-751 Bathroom exhaust fan?

I can't have the courage of one's convictions pretend I have to ask this, but I have spent over an hour trying to figure it out myself and I need to try something new.

Can someone please have an effect me how to access the light bulb housing

The segment that the frosted glass is mounted in, (the grill you see going around it), pulls down. It has 2 springs, one on either side. Squeak through the spring together, and it will pull down out of the slot, and you can change the bulb.

I currently have some "builder's mark" Broan exhaust fans in my bathroom. Over the last 5 years or so they have gotten REALLY noisy. It looks like it would be a mountainous pain in the butt to clean them -- the vacuum cleaner nozzle doesn't
