is the outside fan on my heat pump suppose to run when the heat kicks on?
It is a carrier 2 ton split system with aircondition case but the fan runs when it calls for heat and the coils have ice on them the vents check 76 almost imperceptibly a rather when on I don't know why fan would run outside
