Im trying to change the wick in my DYNA-GLO heater but cant get the wick cover off.?

I have a kerosene heater its a RMC-95C7 anyway we got it by oneself but cant get the wick cover off to replace the wick. I went to the web locate and watched the video but its not as easy as it looks, I just wont be communicated off. Can anyone help me,
