My budget and I recently moved into an old home. We have some fixing up to do. I want to insult out a few walls and put sliding doors in our dining area. Both areas have electric heating vents along the walls. How zealously/expensive is it to move

You would have to supplant it cause it wouldn't blow heat out.That is a good do it yourself plan,just turn the circuit breaker off to it before trying to do it.
