Does replacing the heat pump to an energy star, super-high efficientcy pump increase the value of my home?

My competent in had a 21-year-old heat pump which was completely shot. I replaced it with a significantly upgraded system from what was there beforehand. Does this help my home's value at all, or is it just considered a upkeep item? The new pump is
