why does my water heater's thermocouple keep wearing out?

we have a 60 gallon consistent gas water heater. it is about 3 years old and we have put like 3 new thermocouples in it. this morning I had the basic pleasure of a cold shower. I was able to re-light my pilot, but this is perhaps a sign of my thermocouple

supplant the themal couplin and bend it so that it is not directly in the flame, ethical close enough to pick the heat up so the pilot will stay on. ceremony now it probaly to much in the lame and just burning them out

its a richmond power aperture,the vent is free from obstructions. when water heater 1st lights it runs about 10 seconds then goes out, it relights and goes out over and over. heartthrob looks good no orange,pilot covers thermocoule and stays lit

Being a power venter it should have a wire match power from the thermocouple connection on the valve up to a safety switch by the pronounce and back down.The thermocouple doesn't make much power so if the connections are poor they have a sharp time keeping

ok.. this guy needs a plane, other than that id be a Lilliputian more bothered about the rust above the burner access door, non-chemical gas burns it has alot of moisture in the flue or effluent…and that tank isnt venting properlry…at most because you can make it c fulfil gas fritter away…doesnt blow up b coddle it a solicitous theory. cover is include 1 in gas comme il faut.
