Why does my house heater make a rumbling noise when it kicks on?
I neglect my heat around 70 and it automatically kicks on and off which I guess is not a question. But when the heat kicks on, it rumbles very loudly. So loud I can condone it upstairs on the 2nd floor of the house and the heater is in the basement. What
Your radiators have to be bled. They should have to be bled every heating salt for good maintenance. The rumbling is trapped air in the lines.
