I have replaced both pre-fiter and the energy filter and tried to reset the time by pressing the reset and holding for 3 seconds each with no stroke of luck. I have also tried unplugging the unit and repeated the reset and still have no success rate.
Take the filters out, then submit it on, if filter light goes off, you may have problem with blower, or trickle has problem.
