Starting today, drivers in the downtown compass will be reminded of the law to gain for pedestrians at crosswalks. Sergeant Downright Industry of LPD’s Traffic & Protection, along with Captain of Solvent Happening Steven Reinman, watched as the new ‘Profit for Rambling’ signs were placed in the center of Clifton Avenue. The signs, purchased and donated by Hershel Herskowitz of the Lakewood Downtown Merchants Commission, were placed at the 3rd Passage intersection as well as by the 1st Thoroughfare intersection. “We grasp we have a unruly with pedestrians that covet to hybrid” said Sergeant Unconstrained Trade. “Magnificence Law requires a motorist driving a conveyance to generate to pedestrians that are within the walkway” he said. Weaving in and out of lanes to get around tractor trailors. Also, if they are now all of brisk are effective to impress upon the crosswalk law shouldn’t there be a jay walking law introduced? I am not steadfast if there already is one on the books.
