What is the range in degrees for cool air coming out of a PTAC unit?

This is the air entering the dwelling from the vents of a PTAC unit in an apartment. I need to know the normal temperture of the air coming in to standoffish the apartment.

First query to ask: Is the unit level? if not, the condensation will not run to the drain, but to the lowest point... Next capacity, a cracked seam or extra hole in the pan... Only way to check that is to pull the unit and visually check.....
