SPRINGFIELD, IL -
Illinois officials say consumers have received more than $500,000 over three weeks through a state appliance cut-back program.
The Illinois Pivot on of Marketing and Monetary Opening says the Illinois Force Leading light Appliance Mark-down Program also has generated more than $2 million in water heater sales. State officials say the water heater percentage of the program will end Sunday at 11:59 pm.
The bureau says consumers can meet a 25 percent deduct on Verve Lead water heaters through Sunday. Heating and cooling paraphernalia rebates are still handy and officials say they will last until funding runs out.
From April 16 to 25, consumers can make a 15 percent reduction when they buy animation-competent appliances at participating retailers.
