Will natural gas be emitted from a gas wall heater if the thermostat is on but the pilot light is off?
I may have left-wing the thermostat on but the pilot light off on my sister's gas wall heater. Will this emit talent gas or since the pilot light is off will the flow of natural gas be blocked?
It's a gas wall heater, not a splash heater.
it has built in shelter precauctions (thermocoupler)that wont allow gas to flow from the valve unless the cicerone is lit and heating the tube no matter what the thermostat is set too....

All of the top equipment, tanks, beam pump, separator and heater-treater are on instal and are expected to be installed in the next two weeks, after which production will be initiated. The toil-over rig has been moved onto the Australia II well so
