I have a warm mist humidifier thats been sitting in my basement for a few years. I would like to use it but i'm sorry even if I clean it w/bleach my family will be breathing in unhealthy bacteria. How can I make a clean breast it good inside the housing? run Caucasian vinegar thru it a couple of times, then plain water a a handful of of times. No Bleach.
